Major Chevrolet Service

Terrible service at Major World Chevrolet Services. I left my 2024 Traverse (brand new, less than a year old and under warranty) due to an engine issue, and they took 3 weeks to repair it. When I went to pick it up, they held me for over 4 hours with my 3-year-old daughter, blocked my car, the service supervisor was aggressive and told me never to come back. They are still holding my $500 deposit and tried to charge $871.83 without authorization and under coercion, claiming supposed damage to the tires and rims of the rental vehicle — without proof — even though it had been previously rented to another customer and showed normal wear. They took aggressive actions and everything is documented…

I truly appreciate the professionalism, transparency, and care you showed throughout the entire process. It made a stressful situation much easier, and your attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The service was slow, unprofessional, and completely lacking in communication. I was promised updates and support, but was constantly left waiting with no follow-through. To make matters worse, when I tried to reach out for help, I was either ignored or given vague responses that solved nothing. It felt like once they got my payment, I was no longer a priority. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Professional staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Took my hyundai in to get checked because my check engine light was on, also told them about a few other issues I had with and and they checked everything and fix the problem. Took a little time because they need to replace a part but I got my car back within 5 hours eventhough they were super busy and it was on a holiday.

Absolutely horrendous service center. I've gotten conflicting reports about the issues that my car has had since purchasing and have had to come back many times for essentially all the same issues. One of which, was supposedly serviced every one of those times yet persists in the exact same way that it was when I first came in. Expect to waste an entire day here even if you come early and expect to have to return multiple times because they didn't actually fix your issues. Employees are understanding and friendly (Mark especially is a fantastic person) but the employees friendliness doesn't change the fact that service wise, it's been a terrible experience.
