Excellent experience with King of Queens. Took our 2011 Audi here after pep boys turned away a water pump and thermostat replacement job. Clean shop, reasonable prices and crazy fast work (did our job in only a few hours). 10/10 recommendation for anyone in the area

We were in town for the weekend staying at Roosevelt Island and our car started overheating. They diagnosed the problem and gave us a short-term solution and a permanent solution and quoted us a great price. We had to drive back the next day so we went with the short-term solution. They had us in and out in an hour and were great with everything.

Took my car in for an insurance claim and asked for a bit more to be done and wow, amazing work. Couldn’t be any happier with what they did, very easy to work with as well. 5 stars for an amazing service.
