A great example of a person not to do business with. First, he is not in the shop for the appointment he committed to. When reached on the phone, he said he overslept. Then, he said he'll be there in 20 minutes. After an additional hour, I left. Subsequently, he called and asked "did you leave"? I told him what I thought about his unprofessional behavior.
